     I think  an important point you make early in the post is that interaction allows us to find the CORRECT information people need.  This massive time savings.  
    If I fear confrontation because once I took a stand and was wrong 1200 hours of &quot;you need to confront the problem people on your team&quot; seminars will not help me.  However, someone interacting with me for 15 min can.
